The X90 modular control and I/O system from B&R is now available with condition monitoring functions. With the X90 module, the condition of a machine can be permanently monitored and the results allow conclusions to be drawn about the need for maintenance of individual parts. Typical applications include the continuous monitoring of rotating machine parts such as hydraulic units, belts, gears or motors. The processed sensor data is also available in the application. The optional board for condition monitoring is used for the early detection of fault conditions on mobile machinery.
