With the connector grommets, Rittal offers a flexible solution for the insertion of pre-assembled cables in the base area of enclosures and control cabinets. The sealing system has a modular design and consists of a polypropylene outer sheath with thermoplastic elastomer and a rubber seal. It can be used to seal cable cross-sections from 8 to 36 mm with protection class IP55. The simple handling means that sealing can also be carried out quickly after wiring. The cables are pushed into the cable entry plate for fastening; the enclosure's degree of protection is maintained.
