DALI master with I2C interface
With the LED-Warrior09, Code Mercenaries presents a DALI master with an I2C interface and two switch inputs.
The modules either require a 5 V power supply (LW09-01MOD) or take the necessary power supply from the DALI bus (LW09-02MOD). According to the manufacturer, the LW09-01MOD is suitable for building bridges from other networks or house bus control centers. In this version, the module is electrically isolated from the DALI bus. The LW09-02MOD variant, which is self-powered from the DALI bus, can connect simple switches and push-buttons to the DALI or be used as a radio bridge together with a radio module, for example. The functions of the switch inputs can be programmed via the I2C interface. Functions for dimming, switching and scene recall are available, and individual addresses, groups or all devices can be addressed simultaneously. The modules are also available as DIL-8 and SOIC-8 chips.
