The Raspberry Pi computer is enjoying great popularity - and not just in the hobbyist scene. That's why more and more automation companies are turning to the open source computer, as Computer&AUTOMATION shows in the following series of images.

To "tune" the Raspberry Pi, retailers offer many additional modules. For example, the Power-over-Ethernet-HAT add-on board, sold by Farnell element14, enables the Raspberry Pi to be powered via an Ethernet cable. This means that a separate power supply unit is no longer required.
