EM Tough-Box-Hub TB-H from EmTrust

With the EM Tough-Box-Hub TB-H, Emtrust offers a USB hub for use in industrial applications. Developed for various USB 3.0/2.0 module variants or standard USB devices, the hub offers four downstream USB 3.0 and three downstream USB 2.0 ports as well as an integrated 40 W power supply unit that provides a maximum of 4.5 W per USB module. Various USB modules can be connected via the optionally available guide rail. This enables individual expansion with different functions, for example serial interfaces, wireless options, digital I/O ports and much more. Thanks to its sturdy aluminum housing with dimensions of 194 mm × 34.2 mm × 62 mm and the wide temperature range between 0 °C and +70 °C, the USB hub is a robust solution for harsh industrial environments and environmental conditions, according to the manufacturer. In addition, the USB hub can be used universally with all panel PCs and the Androx system from EMTrust as well as with devices from other manufacturers. The CE-certified device is compatible with the hub drivers for Windows 10/8/8.1/7/Vista/XP, Mac OSX10.4+ and Linux operating systems. The USB hub can be operated as a stand-alone device, but can also be mounted on a DIN rail.
