e-Reha' is an IT-supported home therapy system designed to supplement the physiotherapy carried out in the practice. The therapist defines disease-specific exercises that are made available to the patient via the Internet. The patient can complete the exercises in front of the TV at home. A standard 3D camera records the user performing the exercises. A real-time feedback system analyzes the movements and localizes errors. In addition, biometric parameters are used to classify the state of health in order to record the course of therapy. The software sends the progress to the supervising therapist via the internet so that they can dynamically adjust the exercises remotely or arrange the next appointment with the patient. To ensure motivation during the exercises, the user can complete their training in a virtual game world.
