In addition to the 4/8-port Profinet managed switches from Belle electronic, there is now also a 16-port Profinet managed switch that enables up to 16 network participants to be networked in a time and cost-saving manner. Its size is specified as (D x W x H) 32 mm x 146 mm x 76 mm and it operates in a temperature range of -40 to +60 °C. Based on the Profinet IO IEC61158-6-10/ Conformance Class B standards, the switch offers features such as integration into the automation network using a GDSML file, media redundancy (MRP) client, prioritization of Profinet telegram traffic in the machine network, neighbourhood detection, assignment of a configuration via the device name, port mirroring, and more.via the device name, port mirroring, LLDP, SNMP, DCP, diagnostic alarms, network statistics (frames & errors) as well as identification and maintenance data from Profinet.
