CRE Rösler Electronic offers a range of HMI solutions. In order to keep production downtimes to a minimum - i.e. to immediately bridge a possible device failure - the company has developed and patented the QuickLock quick-change coupling for panel PCs. This allows the panel to be replaced by just one person within two minutes. This innovation is also designed to enable immediate reuse, as the IP address and configuration data of the operating station are saved with the help of a storage medium, which is attached to the stationary coupling part of the support arm system. If an operating unit is replaced or fails, the storage medium is registered during reinstallation at the respective station - using a quick-change adapter - and is immediately ready for use. The industrial panel PCs and now also the mobile PCs (tablets) can be networked with each other. This can be achieved either via cloud storage or through control via a central server and, according to the manufacturer, means that information on the progress of the individual production sections can be called up in real time at any location.
