Where do companies use artificial intelligence (AI)? What are the benefits of using AI technologies? Answers are provided by the international study "Amplifying Human Potential: Towards Purposeful Artificial Intelligence", the results of which Infosys has now published.

Only one in ten respondents who are already using AI technologies believe that their company is utilizing the full capabilities of AI. A majority of 90% report that their employees face challenges or concerns when it comes to using AI. Around four in ten respondents believe that implementation time, ease of use and interoperability with other systems and platforms still need to be improved before AI technology can be used effectively. In other areas, further training and transparent communication are needed: data security (43%), job security (40%) and remuneration (30%) are among the predominant concerns in the workforce.
