Escha - Connectors in Deutsch-DT design for mobile automation
Escha has developed a product family with overmoulded connectors based on the Deutsch-DT design, in which the self-constructed contacts and contact carriers are overmoulded in a one-shot process, thus avoiding long supply chains. 3, 8 and 12-pole versions as well as LED versions are now joining the previously available 2, 4 and 6-pole versions as female and male connectors as well as connection and connection cables. Various modification options are available on customer request, such as connecting cables with M12 connectors on the B-side. This wide range of variants means that the overmoulded connectors in German DT design replace the pre-assembled variants that were previously used and also offer a compact alternative to valve connectors. The DT connectors from Escha can optionally be equipped with a threaded outlet for protective conduits. The protective conduits offer additional protection against stone chipping and coarse soiling. All products comply with IP67, IP68 and IP69.
