Murrplastik Systemtechnik has added a stable and high-density version for extreme weather and environmental conditions to its family of divisible cable entry strips. The powder-coated frame of the KDL/H 24 is manufactured using a zinc die-casting process and therefore achieves high stability, rigidity and resistance. The grommet is resistant to high-pressure and steam jet cleaners, 100% UV and ozone resistant and can be used in temperature ranges between -40 and +100 °C. It complies with flame class UL94. It complies with flame class UL94-V0. In addition, the bushing is equipped with a grommet block made of TPE, which fixes the grommets behind the metal frame and provides strain relief for each cable fed through. Up to 48 cables can be fed through the bushing in a very small space. Around 40 different grommet variants with clamping ranges from 2 to 22 mm, various double and quadruple grommets, USB grommets as an interface for USB cables, ASI grommets for ASI bus cables and blind grommets for reclosing are available for wiring.
