A seal of approval for the tested security quality of industrial IT systems, networked components and machines is currently not up for debate among buyers of integrators and operators. Only 3% of the companies surveyed can envisage it as a "generally binding decision criterion" for product purchasing. More than half of the study participants see it as an irrelevant or non-specific decision criterion.
