Ferrocontrol is expanding its product range with the 18.5-inch E°PC C0518 single-touch panel PC with a fast Intel Skylake CPU and ready-to-run Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB. The panel PC is available with Intel Core i3, i5, i7 or Celeron processors, meaning that it can be scaled in terms of processing power and costs for the desired application. This also applies to the memory expansion up to a maximum of 32 GB. According to the provider, the display with full HD resolution ensures efficient visualization and safe operation of the machine, even with gloves thanks to the analogue resistive touchscreen. With the pre-installed Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB, machine manufacturers can port existing machines to a future-proof operating system. Security patches are provided for the "Long Term Servicing Branch" until 2026; function updates are optional. SATA-HDD up to 500 Gbyte or optional SATA-SSD up to 150 Gbyte are available as mass storage. The interfaces include up to 4 x Gigabit Ethernet, 8 x USB (3.0 and 2.0), 2 x RS232, 1 x DVI and 2 x DisplayPort. PS/2 connections for keyboard and mouse are also available.
