Launching a new product on the market requires staying power. Dr. Jean-Mary Martel (40) knows how to motivate himself again and again over this long distance: The Principal Key Expert at Energy Management in Regensburg runs ultramarathons of up to 100 km and mentally divides the distance into small stages. There were also such milestones in the development of an intelligent fire protection switch for low-voltage devices, which ultimately led to the first, very successful market launch. Martel was honored in the 'Talents' category.
