Honeywell launches the SmartLine wireless pressure transmitter, which offers a flexible and scalable solution for both pressure monitoring and pressure control in conjunction with the company's wireless network technology. The evolution of the 'XYR 6000' wireless transmitter allows users to select the most suitable wireless protocol for their specific process automation applications. With multi-protocol capability in its 'OneWireless' network infrastructure, Honeywell supports the two industrial wireless protocols ISA100 Wireless and WirelessHART. 'SmartLine' also enables the use of wireless technologies for controls and interfaces seamlessly with Honeywell's 'Experion' automation system.
