With the embedded computer OEM S-81, Syslogic is launching the first device in a new OEM series. Various interfaces enable connection to different communication levels. Thanks to two standard CAN interfaces - six are also available as an option - the box PC is particularly suitable as a CAN controller. Accordingly, the device is used to monitor or control vehicles such as forklifts, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or special vehicles. An RS232 interface is available for connecting sensors or machines. Thanks to integrated Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and WiFi support, the box PC is also suitable as an IoT gateway, data logger or pitch controller in wind turbines. System expansions are implemented via a MiniPCI Express interface. MicroSD or CFast cards can be connected as storage media.
