The AMB2621 Bluetooth Smart module with Amber profile (SPP-like) for serial data transmission or with customer-specific profiles has a low power consumption (Tx, Rx: 6 mA). In addition to the baseband radio and MAC unit, the highly integrated AMBW020 WiFi module also contains a network processor with integrated protocol stack. The serial SPI interface with a data rate of up to 10 Mbit/s enables integration into a microcontroller-based system environment.
