Inter Control has further developed the digsy fusion S safety controller. The hardware and software structure of the TÜV Süd-certified safety controller is designed to ensure the non-reactive separation of safe and standard functions.Functionally safe sensors are connected via CANopen Safety as a safe field bus, digital/analog inputs (dual-channel) and digital/analog inputs with internal diagnostics (single-channel). The controller with PL d meets the current requirements in accordance with EN ISO 13849:2016. Codesys version 3.5 SIL2 provides the user with the standard development environment for mobile automation. The safety controller has Ethernet and USB interfaces. The four CAN bus interfaces can be used with the CANopen, CANopen Safety and J1939 protocols or with proprietary protocols. The controller has an extensive file system for data logging.
