The Industrial Line family from Powerbox comprises over 200 products, offering a wide range of power classes, output voltages, mechanical formats and options for optimum cooling. The line includes power supply units with single, dual and multiple outputs in a power range from 150 to 650 W. The mechanical formats range from open-frame to U-profile to enclosed housing variants, including a version that offers full power with natural convection in the operating temperature range of -20 to +50 °C. The single-output converters are based on an LLC half-bridge topology, in most versions supplemented with synchronous rectification, in which the diodes of the output rectifier are replaced by MOSFETs. This technology enables power supply characteristics such as an efficiency of up to 93 %, a high energy density and a high peak output current to be achieved. Other features of the devices include a wide input range and low no-load power dissipation. All products have PFC and comply with EN61000-3-2 Class D.
