The IKMH100 box industrial PC from TL Electronic with a seventh-generation Core i5 processor (Kaby Lake) offers a maintenance-friendly hardware architecture. The cable-free and fanless design inside ensures reliability and secure availability, and users can access the solid state disks or hard disks from the front and without tools. The Core i5 7200U CPU with 3 Mbyte smart cache and 2 × 2.5 GHz clock speed at only 15 W power dissipation (TDP) works at the core of the embedded PC. The processor uses the integrated Speed Shift technology. In favor of efficiency, the operating system leaves part of the processor control to the processor. This results in an increase in performance with lower power consumption, less waste heat and therefore optimized system efficiency. The computing power is supported by the main memory of 16 Gbyte DDR4 SO-DIMM and the integrated solid-state disk from 64 Gbyte. The CPU-internal system-on-chip graphics supports displays with up to 4096× 2304 pixels. The industrial box PC can be mounted either using the VESA mounting holes or the wall mounting brackets.
