The NG 50 (NG 63) Bourdon tube chemical pressure gauge from Afriso was designed for measuring the pressure of gaseous or liquid media with temperatures up to 150 ˚C (NG 63 up to 200 °C) in the measuring ranges 0/0.6 bar to 0/600 bar (0/0.6 bar to 0/1000 bar). According to the manufacturer, the robust design of the fully welded measuring system and housing creates an inseparable, shock- and vibration-resistant and seal-free unit, which ensures maximum leakage protection combined with high long-term stability. The process connection G¼B - SW14 (EN 837-1/7.3) is radial or axial eccentric or centric, although other connections are also possible as an option. The two helium leak-tested chemical pressure gauges have a stainless steel housing with pressure relief opening, whereby the NG 50 pressure gauge has an integrated plastic sight glass and the NG 63 has an integrated safety laminated glass. As an option, the pressure gauges can also be supplied with a bracket mounting, with a 3-hole front flange, with special scales or in an ATEX version. The Bourdon tube chemical pressure gauges are DNV and Gossstandart certified and can be used in chemical and process engineering.
