The electronic thermostat for DIN rail mounting 'Etron T100' was specially developed for temperature control and monitoring. In addition to the input signals for resistance thermometers and thermocouples, a 0 (4) to 20 mA measurement input is also available for connecting other process variables. Integrated functions include a timer, data logger, service and operating hours counter, a PhotoMOS output for additional limit value signaling and a digital input. Logical operations (AND, OR, XOR) can be created and processed internally using digital control signals. In addition to UL approval, the device also complies with category 1B standards for the railroad industry. Relevant measurement inputs, such as Ni1000, have been integrated specifically for the requirements of this industry. The device has a configurable dot-matrix display for displaying process values, parameters, switching states and the electrical connection diagram. Thanks to its compact design, the thermostat can be easily integrated into control cabinets and sub-distribution boards.
