The tube lens with a magnification of 1.73x for the mag.x system 125 microscope system from Excelitas was specially developed for sensors with a 35 mm format and enables industrial inspection processes with sub-micron accuracy on a large object field of view. With its high resolution, the combination of tube lens and microscope system is suitable for precise dimensional measurements and a wide range of inspection tasks: from checking the production quality of displays and semiconductor products to fluorescence microscopy. The microscope system can be used with image sensors of up to 57 mm diagonal and achieves its optical performance through lenses with a high numerical aperture and a large exit pupil.
