Endress+Hauser is reissuing the 'Cerabar' and 'Deltabar' pressure measuring devices. The devices offer simplified document management; the documents can be accessed via a QR code on each nameplate. Serial number-specific documents can be downloaded in seconds. Intuitive operation is also possible using the 'SmartBlue' app and a mobile device. Parameterizing the pressure transducer using guided operating sequences speeds up the commissioning process. This is made possible by an additional Bluetooth interface that bridges distances of up to 25 m.
Furthermore, 'Heartbeat Technology' supports maintenance staff in verifying their measuring points. This can also be done via the Bluetooth connection at the touch of a button in the 'SmartBlue' app. A verification log is created automatically and can be saved directly, making it easy to provide proof of device compliance. The basis for verification is the continuous self-diagnosis function of the pressure transmitter.
