Only 34% of respondents are able to talk openly about their mental well-being with colleagues - and only a quarter (25%) are able to do so with their employer. Instead, there is a fear that being open about the topic could have negative consequences. 17% state that colleagues have been disadvantaged because they have spoken openly about mental illness.
