The security guidelines must be reviewed regularly, at least annually, to ensure they are suitable. To raise awareness, additional unannounced spot checks/exercises should be carried out, for example on the handling of mobile data carriers (USB, laptops), remote service, ransomware, Bring Your Own Device or wireless interfaces in production.
