Amperesoft was involved in the development of version 11.0 of the eCl@ss product data standard and shows how this version harmonizes with the company's tool system. In addition to physical data, it also allows the mapping of the functions of individual components. Among other things, this results in the automated generation of circuit symbols, which enables faster circuit diagram creation: If a product is described in the eCl@ss standard, its function is identified by a corresponding symbol, which can be added to the circuit diagram in the Amperesoft Configurator using drag & drop. This applies to both standardized and non-standardized functions.
