15 How companies want to use social media channels in 2016

The upward trend in the use of social media is far from over: 61% of companies want to use social media more for their HR marketing in 2016, and the platforms will play a greater role in recruiting for 56%. However, some employees have apparently already had enough of Facebook & Co.: 8% want to use the channels less for personnel marketing this year. 9% want to cut back on recruiting via social media.
