Sensor-Technik Wiedemann presents the STW Cloud for networking mobile machinery. The signals to be recorded are parameterized via a web application integrated in the cloud. The configuration can be carried out both online and offline. Once the data has been stored in the cloud server database, the STW cloud offers options for corresponding evaluation, display and access management or for forwarding and horizontal and vertical integration into process landscapes and workflows. According to the manufacturer, no programming knowledge is required for this, so application-specific changes can also be made by non-IT specialists. The data is then available for use from any location via the Internet (browser). Vertical integration is used for profiling, i.e. classifying usage in a specific scheme, service optimization or condition monitoring. It supports preventive diagnostics and maintenance as well as remote maintenance. Horizontal integration ensures optimized workflows along the value chain.
