The 4001 RTM sensor from Kistler is used for all resins used in RTM (resin transfer molding) processes, including highly viscous resins. The sensor has both two analog and one digital output and was specially developed for internal pressure and temperature measurement in RTM processes. According to the supplier, its robustness and durability make it particularly suitable for industrial environments. The sensor can be used to efficiently identify the characteristic process phases that occur during the RTM process.
