"WinMOD systems from Mewes und Partner provide a test bed for automation with the TIA automation platform from Siemens or for creating new function blocks, which can be used to test the software and validate function strings right from the start. The test environment is created independently of the programming environment and thus fulfills the requirements for quality management. The scalability of the "WinMOD" systems makes it possible to work with "PLCSIM Advanced" for TIA Portal in the office. In the operational project, the results are used for 'hardware in the loop' with real controllers and emulated fieldbus peripherals for virtual commissioning (VIBN).
