The high-end camera series "ImageIR" from Infratec now has two new models. They expand the range of thermographic cameras with cooled FPA photon detectors. The ImageIR 4300 has a detector with 320 × 256 IR pixels in a robust light metal housing, while the ImageIR 7300 has 640 × 512 IR pixels. In both cases, frame rates of up to 530 Hz are achieved with the detectors operating in snapshot mode. Thanks to the "Long-Life-Stirling" cooler, the thermographic cameras are also suitable for continuous use, according to the manufacturer. The temperature resolution of 0.02 K or 0.025 K represents the entry into the upper class of cameras with cooled detectors. The entire camera series has a modular design.
