For the Internet of Things, Comp-Mall offers the IQGate-100 model, a gateway solution based on the Intel Quark SoC X1021. The IoT gateway solution collects data from various sensors and forwards it to the data center in the company cloud for analysis. It offers I/O interfaces for communication and data acquisition such as RS232, RS485, USB 2.0, LAN, PCIe mini-extension for Wi-Fi and ZigBee as well as an onboard SIM card slot for remote connections. The operating temperature of the gateway ranges from -40 to +85 °C. The gateway is supplied with an integrated 'Wind River Intelligent Device Platform XT 2.0', which contains the operating system and ready-to-use components specially designed for the development of M2M applications. It includes an 8 GByte eMMC data memory, video compression software and two LAN interfaces; IPv6 and IPv4 are supported for WAN and LAN. One half-size and one full-size PCIe mini slot offer extensions for WWAN, Wi-Fi, ZigBee or 6LoWPAN.
