The SPRiPM package is a plug-and-play combination consisting of a frequency inverter and a permanent magnet synchronous motor from Yaskawa that exceeds the IE4 efficiency requirements. Specifically, the package consists of an IE4+ motor, an "A1000" or "V1000" frequency inverter and an EMC filter. The frequency inverter is preconfigured for the motor included in the package. As the solution exceeds the efficiency requirements of class IE4 in accordance with IEC/TS 60034-31 (Super Premium Efficiency), the package opens up new potential for energy savings in pumps, fans and other torque applications. To complement the drive package, Vipa Controls offers matching touch panels and controls for a complete solution from a single source. According to the supplier, the "Slio" CPUs or the "300S+" CPUs are the best combination options with the drive package. In addition, the package includes an "all-round carefree package" - the user is supported during commissioning and is provided with sample programs for Modbus RTU, Profinet and Profibus for easy coupling of the controllers.
