At the beginning of the third quarter of the current fiscal year, Siemens' wind energy business merged with Gamesa. There was a very sharp decline in order intake and volatility in the offshore business, which is characterized by tenders for major orders. Order intake in the Indian onshore market was temporarily impacted by the introduction of an auction system for new wind farm orders. Overall, sales revenue was supported by offshore and service business.
