To maximize machine and system availability, Baumüller offers a suitable remote maintenance solution for all types of electrical drive systems. Condition monitoring and preventive maintenance with external sensors or device-integrated solutions can significantly reduce service cases and downtimes. New in this area is the "Baudis IoT" service system, which increases the availability of machines and systems and also identifies optimization potential. Also new is the "DSH" servo motor series as a derivative of the "DSC" servo motor series with low cogging torque. In combination with the company's own drive electronics, the servo motor is suitable for applications that require high precision and optimum control quality. The motor portfolio has also been expanded in terms of performance and speed with the "DS2" servo motors and the high-torque "DST2" series. In the controls and drive electronics area, the "b maXX 5800" multi-axis controller with a maximum of six freely scalable integrated axes is being launched, as well as an HMI series with an integrated software package and box PCs.
