For many companies, quality monitoring is becoming increasingly important alongside the decoding of DataMatrix codes. With the DMR210 and DMR220 systems from IOSS, inspection in accordance with current quality standards is possible in parallel with the reading process. The new Q-Tracker software provides a centralized and comprehensive overview of all of the provider's connected systems. The reading results and original image recordings are stored in a database and can be retrieved according to various criteria such as time period, reading system or production line. Saved evaluation results can be graphically displayed and statistically analyzed. If the quality evaluation of the systems is activated, the integrated "Q-Report" software can be used to generate a quality certificate (PDF document) afterwards. This allows the customer to be informed about the quality of the codes. The software also has the function of informing the responsible employees by e-mail, for example in the event of production faults or if the minimum quality is not met.
