Tippkemper-Matrix launches the CVD-S80-EIA IP camera for hazardous areas. The system films in Full HD at 30 fps as standard. Parameters such as resolution, frame rate and data rate can be adjusted via a web front end. For example, frame rates of up to 90 fps can be achieved. The flameproof encapsulated device can be installed in Ex zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. Thanks to the use of "Gorilla Glass" and 1.4404 stainless steel, the device is robust and chemically resistant. The PUR-coated connection cable is also suitable for drag chains. The housing has an M42 thread for easy installation. Operation is possible with any PoE switch or hub. Integrated lighting is to be offered as an option. Programs for code recognition (e.g. QR codes), inspection and fill level measurement are planned. With internal image processing, the extracted information is transmitted via Modbus TCP instead of the video stream.
