Smart, innovative, trend-setting - that's what the automation industry was like again this year! We have nominated 96 products in twelve categories and put them forward for your vote as "Products of the Year". Which are the most innovative and useful products for you?
Garz & Fricke has technically revised the existing series of 4.3-inch HMIs. In future, the 4.3-inch series will be available for the 'Nallino' and 'Santino' families. Both variants are 'rear mount' products at the start of the series.
They are easy to integrate, as the front of a device to be equipped only needs to have a rectangular cut-out and four threads for screwing. The other designs 'Panel Mount' and 'Flush Mount' will follow. The processors of the current i.MX6 generation bring significant improvements.
The HMIs have a high-brightness display with up to 576 cd/m² and an interference-resistant projective capacitive (PCAP) touchscreen. This means that the displays are easy to read even under difficult ambient and visibility conditions, for example in indirect sunlight.
Nallino and Santino LT differ in terms of the processors installed and the graphics unit: Nallino is based on the low-power i.MX6ULL processor and does not offer 3D graphics acceleration; Santino LT works with a single or dual-core i.MX6 processor with a higher clock frequency and 3D graphics acceleration.
