Rafi offers two product families for the IO-Link interface, the E-Box push-button box and the Tilted Diamond LED signal light. The push-button box with IP65 protection helps with the integration of individual switches and push-buttons for simple control tasks in any fieldbus.
Thanks to its M12 connection, it enables quick installation and commissioning, even by untrained personnel. Device identification prevents incorrect installations, as incorrectly installed devices are reported to the control system. The push-button box integrates the 'Micon 5' short-stroke push-buttons from Rafi. Various functionalities can be parameterized via IO-Link, for example the night mode with different brightness levels for the push-buttons.
There is also the option of a flexible color selection from the five standard colors white, red, green, blue and yellow. In addition, three RGB colors can be freely selected by the customer. Four different flashing modes are also available.
