It determines data that enables the control system to react immediately in real-time evaluation. Among other things, the system detects the spindle status (bearing quality), tool fatigue or tool breakage.
The measured values enable adaptive feed control, stabilize the production process and reduce the risk of production downtime.
'DressView-Lite' is an embedded solution of the system without a display, which is integrated directly into the frequency inverter. The measured values are either output as analog values or can be continuously determined by the control system via an interface.
A special industrial gateway, the 'SFU-Communicator', connects all of the company's inverters with the higher-level machine control systems.
