Photonfocus - UV CMOS camera 'MV4-D1280U-H01-GT':
Photonfocus has launched the 'MV4-D1280U-H01-GT', a UV CMOS camera with global shutter. Wavelengths from the UV range at 170 nm to the NIR spectrum at 820 nm can be covered with a single sensor. By combining UV and CMOS technology, the camera enables applications such as 3D applications in the UV range. For the best possible image quality and low image noise, the camera has a sensor that is backside-illuminated using BSI technology (backside illumination). With a frame rate of 140 fps at full resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels, it also captures extremely fast processes that are invisible to the human eye.
The camera is suitable for demanding inspection tasks, for example in the semiconductor industry, glass production and the automotive sector. It is 59 mm x 59 mm x 102.5 mm in size. For fast data transfers, it has a 10 GigE interface, which can also be used to supply power via Power over Ethernet (PoE).
