VDMA study7.3 billion euros in losses per year due to product piracy
The VDMA surveyed its members on the subject of product piracy. The result: the threat and the damage remain at a high level. However, Germany is not only a victim.

When asked whether the damage or threat posed by product piracy has increased in the last two years, 47% answered yes. This is two percent less than in 2014 and even 20 percent less than in 2008.
