Nowhere is industrial 3D printing more widespread than in Germany. The consulting firm Ernst & Young has now published further interesting details on additive manufacturing in a recent study.

Choosing the right application has top priority. The focus here should be on the overall added value for the customer and not on the usually overrated approach of focusing on cost reductions."
