DigiKey, the world's leading distributor of electronic components and automation products, has significantly expanded its portfolio in 2025. In total, over 108,000 new immediately available products and 364 new suppliers have been added. The entire system now comprises more than 1.6 million new products.

In the third quarter, 87 new suppliers and more than 32,000 products were added, including Synaptics with AI products, ABB Installation Products for control cabinet infrastructure and Silanna Semiconductor with analog technologies. In the fourth quarter, 25,653 new bearing parts and 89 additional suppliers were added.

The company emphasizes the importance of readily available products for engineers, designers, manufacturers and procurement professionals who want to order prototypes and small quantities without long lead times.

The new product innovations (NPIs) in the fourth quarter of 2025 include

• AEC-Q100 certified driver 'MAX22216V' from Analog Devices, which integrates four programmable 36V half-bridges to drive inductive loads
• 'NitroWave' RF microwave cable assemblies from Samtec for frequencies beyond traditional industry standards
• SMD hybrid polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors 'B409x' series from TDK for high mechanical shocks up to 30 g
