...November 1, 2016, Dr. Timo Berger (43) took over the role of Regional Manager Central Europe and Managing Director at Weidmüller Deutschland GmbH in Detmold. Berger has held various positions at the company since 2005. Over the past eleven years, he has shaped the development of solutions for mechanical and plant engineering at Weidmüller. Among other things, the remote I/O system 'u-remote' was developed during his time at the company. Most recently, Berger was responsible for the implementation of the new Factory Automation Division, which is primarily concerned with the automation of production facilities and manufacturing plants.
