In the field of PCB connectors, Harting offers the har-flex THR variants. THR stands for Through Hole Reflow and describes the connection technology of the side-mounted hold-downs. The 1.27 mm pitch connectors combine the mechanically stable solder connections of through-hole technology with the advantages of automated processing of SMD components. This makes the connectors particularly suitable for miniaturized and mechanically highly stressed applications that were previously reserved for larger connectors.
