Over three days in Nuremberg, the industry set the course for the 2025 business year: approximately 51,300 trade visitors (2023: 50,081 visitors) explored solutions and products designed to enhance production efficiency across a total area of 125,000 m² in 16 exhibition halls, presented by 1,114 exhibitors. »In light of the current challenging economic situation in the industry, the increase in visitor numbers compared to the previous year sends a strong and important signal for the automation industry,« summarizes Martin Roschkowski, President Mesago Messe Frankfurt.

Steffen Winkler, CSO of the Automation Business Unit at Bosch Rexroth and Chairman of the SPS Exhibitor Advisory Board, is also satisfied: "SPS is the summit meeting of the automation professionals. The trade show was characterized by intensive professional discussions about new products, current market launches, and outlooks on automation and industrial digitalization.

These three days were complemented by a focused and high-quality lecture program, featuring topics such as AI in automation and digital transformation.

SPS 2025

A detailed trade fair analysis with further results on SPS 2024 will be available from the beginning of 2025. Next year, the trade fair will return to the well-known and proven date in the last week of November and will take place from  November 25 - 27, 2025, in Nuremberg.
