The gearboxes in the 'Neco' and 'RD-C' series from Nabtesco have a hygienic design with smooth surfaces and optimized seals, making them easy to clean
On request, Nabtesco's precision gearboxes are available with special coatings or filled with food-grade H1 lubricants. Thanks to their hygienic design, the gearboxes are particularly suitable for use in packaging machines, filling systems or handling and positioning systems such as scara or palletizing robots. The Neco series are completely enclosed gearboxes with a maximum hysteresis loss of 0.5 arcmin. They are fully protected against corrosion. If the application requires a hollow shaft, the compact gearboxes of the RD-C series are ideal. The hollow shaft offers sufficient space to route data and supply lines as well as drive shafts through the middle of the gearbox to save space.
