German Edge Cloud - Digital Production System
German Edge Cloud has developed the Oncite Digital Production System (DPS). This system bundles and expands the industrial IoT applications of the 'Oncite Industrial Suite'. Highly scalable Factory Edges are available as an option for the appropriate infrastructure. Operation on cloud infrastructures is also possible. With the IIoT-based applications, companies can lay the functional foundation for transformative manufacturing. For example, the solutions support plant networking, process visualization and Track&Trace applications. The software services can be used in parallel with existing IT/OT infrastructures and operated in different environments. A step-by-step migration of existing MES/PCS/Scada to the Oncite Industrial Suite is also possible. The Oncite Factory Edge, which is available in various hardware configurations, offers infrastructure options in the Oncite DPS for running industry-related software solutions on site.
